6 months!

It has been 6 months, and there has not been a single day that we haven't thanked God for this sweet thing! God is good!

Mother's Day Photo Contest

Daddy's Little Helper

They are Presley's audience and entertainment. She loves to watch them, and they seem to enjoy watching her too. They are in the background of many shots...

Presley went to a baseball game today, and pretended to be a vampire or something. Shaun of the Dead was on TV. (Walking dead people go around trying to bite people) Maybe she should not watch so much television. I guess these things start early.

Finally!

The sun came out this weekend! It was wonderful. A little windy, but still fabulous! Nana Raine came and watched Presley yesterday while Nick and I pressure washed the house. (Yeah, people do that.) Anyway, I'll give you what you want- here are some photos of our princess...

Drama Queen

Today at daycare they told me that Presley is a drama queen. This is why...



I had no idea payback started so early. Mom, quit laughing. This is NOT funny.

Whew!

What a busy day! Presley woke her daddy up this morning. She waited until it was daylight to wake HIM up, but I was not so lucky.
We went to church, and Presley played in the nursery. When we came home, Presley decided to slobber all over me, and give me razzberries! (Thanks Meghan!)


We went over to Makayla's house and played this afternoon. It was fun!

When we came home, Presley decided that her shoe was a good toy, and she chased it around the living room!

Mudbugs!

Some of our family from SE AR came to meet Presley for the first time yesterday! It was so good to see them, and Presley was too excited to have so much attention (not at first, but that was not one of her finer moments). Anyway, we cooked crawfish and lots of fixin's and had a great time! I hope we do it again soon! This is a pic of my cousin, Meghan, showing Presley how to stick out her tongue, and make a razz. (Which Presley has mastered, but only seems to do it if she has food in her mouth.)

Terrible Tornadoes!

Ugh! The weather in Arkansas has been terrible lately, and Thursday was no exception. Around 9:00 or so a tornado touched down at Everett Buick in Bryant. That is right around the corner from my parents house! Then the supercell hit Little Rock. It wasted no time coming to Cabot, and then visited Austin. Our house was fine, and more importantly we were fine. Makayla's house suffered some damage, but everyone is okay! This is a pic of Presley sleeping by the toilet. We sat in the bathroom, and waited for the rotation to pass. Gotta love doppler!

Shortstop

This is Presley's buddy Shortstop. Presley loves to watch, pet, grab, tug, and pull on Shorty. Shorty just likes the attention, but she has to watch out because Presley likes to bite!
